By using the Service, you are instructing us to publish the generated innovation briefs as permanent, public Published Technical Disclosures ("PTDs"). These PTDs will be accessible to the public and indexed by search engines.

   We may also share your confidential information with trusted third-party service providers, such as payment processors and cloud hosting vendors, who are contractually obligated to maintain its security. We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and property.
