Data Sharing and Disclosure:

Your confidentiality is a top priority. We treat the patents you provide as Subscriber Inputs and the resulting Outputs as your confidential information. Public Disclosures Directed by You:

By directing us to create a PTD, you are instructing us to share the information contained within that specific Output publicly. You acknowledge that once an Output is published as a PTD, it is no longer confidential, and its information will be accessible to the public and indexed by search engines. This action is irreversible.

We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security safeguards to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems.
